Founded by Sujit Chan. Retinue is a Shopify app built to turn one-time product-drop buyers into recognized, returning customers. We build post-purchase flows, VIP tiers, and retention automation for DTC brands that run limited drops.
The product started from a direct observation: most drop buyers leave after the first purchase, and the brand never learns which ones were ready for a second. We built the audit, the tier logic, and the automation to close that gap.
