Buyer intelligence for apparel drops

Recognize people who return for a new capsule, not just another checkout. Use participation to plan an invitation that respects size and stock constraints.

Map the capsule

Group products into named releases and record whether a restock belongs to the original capsule or a separate buying window. Size exchanges should not automatically become a new loyalty signal.

Build a useful first list

Illustrative example: buyers of two previous capsules qualify for a first-look message. Review product and size availability before promising a limited allocation.

Make the invitation specific

Share the collection story, launch time and the actual early-access terms. Keep a separate first-time-buyer introduction for customers who joined only at the last restock.

Review after launch

Compare return participation within the same cohort and note sellouts that prevented purchases. A missed launch does not necessarily mean a buyer lost interest.

Before you begin

Can I explore this without installing?

Yes. The sample report explains the workflow, and qualified brands can request an audit without Shopify login or app installation.

Will this automatically launch a campaign?

No. Recommendations and sample interactions do not send messages or change your store. Configure and verify your actual workflow in the app and sending platform.
